Is GoHotelly free to use?
Yes. Reading hotel pages, reviews, destination guides, and articles is free. We make no money from travelers — our costs are covered by commissions from booking partners when you choose to click through. -
Do you handle bookings directly?
No. GoHotelly is editorial and discovery-focused. When you click a "Check availability" or "Compare prices" button, you are redirected to a booking partner such as Booking.com or Agoda. They handle the reservation, payment, and cancellation. -
Are prices on GoHotelly the same as going to the partner directly?
Yes. Our referral link doesn't change the price you pay. Our commission comes out of the partner's margin, not your bill. -
Can I trust the reviews on GoHotelly?
We surface reviews that reflect real guest patterns, moderated against our review policy. We do not accept paid reviews, and we don't boost any hotel because of commercial interest. -
What if the hotel info on a page is wrong?
Let us know — send us a correction. Hotel pages are maintained by our editorial team and we treat accuracy seriously.

Can I write a review on a GoHotelly hotel page?
Yes — each hotel page has a "Write a review" section. We ask a few short questions rather than one open text box, so the feedback stays useful to other travelers. -
Do I need an account to review?
A lightweight verified email is enough. You do not need a full account. -
How long until my review appears?
Most reviews publish within 24–48 hours after moderation. If your review is held back, we'll email you the reason. -
Can I edit or delete a review I submitted?
Yes. Write to us from the email you used, and we'll update or remove it. See the review policy for the full guidelines.

How do I get my hotel listed on GoHotelly?
Start at our for hotel owners page or send a short note through our contact form. We'll come back with next steps and access to the page builder if there's a fit. -
Is there a cost to being listed?
Standard listings are free. We may offer premium modules in the future, but they'll always be optional and transparent. -
Do I need to sign an exclusive contract?
No. You keep every existing channel — direct bookings, other OTAs, your own site — fully intact. -
How long does it take to publish a new page?
Most pages go from submission to publish in 5–10 business days, including editor review and any content refinements. -
Can I remove my hotel later if I want to?
Yes — email us and we'll unpublish the page within a reasonable timeframe, subject to editorial commitments already in progress.

How does the affiliate model actually work?
