1. Your agreement
By using GoHotelly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our site. We've tried to write this clearly — if anything is confusing, ask us.
2. What GoHotelly does
GoHotelly is an editorial platform that publishes review-led hotel pages and destination content. We do not handle bookings ourselves — we link to third-party booking partners when you want to check availability.
We also provide tools for hoteliers to submit their hotel information so we can publish a structured page for their property.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use GoHotelly. If you use GoHotelly on behalf of a hotel or business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
4. Accounts
Some features (like the hotel page builder) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens on your account. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us right away.
5. User content & reviews
When you submit a review, comment, or other content to GoHotelly, you:
- Keep ownership of what you wrote
- Grant us a non-exclusive license to display, format, and distribute it on GoHotelly
- Confirm it reflects your own honest experience
- Confirm it doesn't break our review policy
We may edit light formatting, remove clearly abusive content, or decline to publish submissions that violate our guidelines.
6. Hotelier terms
If you submit your hotel to GoHotelly:
- You confirm the information is accurate and you have rights to the photos you upload
- You grant us a license to publish, edit and format your submitted content on GoHotelly
- You agree that GoHotelly retains editorial control over the final presentation
- Listing is free; premium modules, if any, are covered by separate plans
You can ask us to unpublish your hotel page at any time. We will comply within a reasonable period, subject to any editorial commitments already made.
7. Booking partners
When you click a booking link, you are redirected to a third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda). The booking, payment, cancellation, and customer support are handled by the partner under their terms. GoHotelly is not a party to your booking.
See our affiliate disclosure for more details on how this works.
8. Intellectual property
All content on GoHotelly not submitted by users — including editorial writing, design, code, and branding — is owned by GoHotelly or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
You may link to GoHotelly pages freely, and you may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link back.
9. Acceptable use
When using GoHotelly you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or paid-for reviews
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems
- Impersonate a hotelier, reviewer, or staff member
- Post content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
10. Disclaimers
GoHotelly is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything on the site is error-free. Always double-check critical details — prices, cancellation policies, visa rules — with the relevant source before you commit.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GoHotelly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including losses related to bookings made through third-party partners. Our total liability to you, for any claim, is capped at the amount (if any) you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll post a notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of GoHotelly after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GoHotelly is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection laws give you additional rights.
